Asst Manager – Mechanical & 3D Modelling

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Hands on experience on Black Utility design, selection and sizing.
2. Review of Black Utility generation, Distribution P & IDs, Piping layouts, Piping isometrics.
3. Hands on experience in the Design of PESO/ non-PESO Tankfarm.
4. Should have good knowledge in material handling system for raw and finished goods.
5. Proficient in Pump hydraulics, line sizing etc.
6. Proficient in producing technical specification, technical datasheet of Black utility equipments like chiller, Cooling tower, Boiler, HWG, Brine chiller etc.
7. Proficient in utility equipment layout preparation, Tankfarm, boiler house, utility building development.
8. To perform the gap assessment of engineering operation and to identify the compliance issues
9. Should be able to Coordinate with external / Internal clients independently.
10. Should be able to Coordinate with vendors and interface with other Engineering discipline for smooth operation of the project.
11. Knowledge of Fire protection system design as per NFPA, IS, NBC, FM Global etc.
12. Knowledge of Clean Utility system (PW, WFI, PS) will be an added advantage.
13. Hands on experience on Air Compressor, Chillers, Boiler, Cooling Tower operation will be added advantage.
14. Experience in projects design & engineering pertaining to Pharmaceutical / Biotech / chemical / process / FMCG, Etc.
15. Maintain Client relations on specific projects, support and coordinate with the team leader on various project activities.
16. A Self-starter, with proven energy and initiative in overcoming obstacles, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize with minimal supervision
17. Knowledge of engineering design, parameters, design standards, codes, and calculations.
18. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and provide improvement suggestions as per the requirements
19. Good working knowledge of documentation required for Pharma / Biotech/ process/ chemical facilities

Relevant Experience

10 to 12+ Years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/API projects
