The Eckerö Group comprises four companies: Eckerö Line, Eckerö Linjen Eckerö Link and Williams Buss. Together, we operate a wide range of services, including passenger and vehicle ferry connections across the Sea of Åland, combined passenger and freight services on the Gulf of Finland, and dedicated freight operations between Långnäs and Naantali.

We employ around 850 professionals, with approximately one quarter working ashore in areas such as tourism services and administration. At sea, there are opportunities within the restaurant, sales, deck, and engine departments on both passenger and cargo vessels.

Our head office in Mariehamn offers career paths in finance, vessel operations, human resources, procurement and logistics, IT, and systems management.
