Main Duties (Chef/Cook)
Preparing, cooking, and serving food according to the restaurant’s menu and quality standards.
Using raw materials, checking their temperature and packaging integrity before receiving them, verifying expiration dates, and placing them in appropriate storage areas according to hygiene rules; carrying out food preparation and pre-preparation stages.
Ensuring that food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) are always followed.
Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the kitchen and work areas.
Using kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Assisting in menu preparation and daily kitchen tasks. Working as part of the kitchen team and following the instructions of the head chef or kitchen manager.
