We are looking for Solution Owner to our global IT team
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT solutions within Vianor IT domain. You ensure that solutions deliver business value, remain aligned with enterprise architecture standards, and meet functional and non-functional requirements throughout their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Solution Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the solution roadmap in alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and technology standards.
Lifecycle Management
- Own the solution from design through implementation, operation, and retirement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution capabilities and performance.
- Collaborate in Demand management with Business Owners, Process Owners, Key Users, and Project Managers to prioritize requirements.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure the solution complies with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements (e.g. archiving, role design, etc.).
Financial & Vendor Management
- Manage solution-related budgets, cost optimization, cost follow up and reporting.
- Solution related vendor and contract management
- Evaluate and lead vendor performance and ensure SLAs are met.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor solution KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- B. Sc. or M.Sc. degree or equivalent experience required
- Several years of experience on similar duties
- Proven skills regarding management of IT solution concepting, development, implementation and support activities for ‘tire and car services’ in B2C & B2B domains in international retail chain environment
- At least 3 years of experience of key service center technologies seen as big advantage (e.g. Maestro, Helios or similar solutions)
- Experience of prioritizing requirements based on stakeholder input, and creation of IT solution design based on business requirements
- Broad knowledge of IT development and operations related methodologies, familiarity with IT industry standards and methodologies such as ITIL and Agile
- Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience of leading a global/regional team in virtual and multicultural environment
- Good problem-solving skills and structured way of working
- Proven contract negotiation and vendor management skills
