We are currently looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our regional team and help shape an outstanding employee experience across many European countries from our modern Prague HQ.

About the Role

In this role, you will be a key member of our regional HR team, supporting employees and managers across Continental Europe. You will work across a broad range of HR topics—from recruitment and payroll coordination to employee lifecycle management, travel & expense processes, and HR & AI projects.

What You'll Be Doing

The scope, variety, and opportunities within this position are broad. We are happy to shape parts of the role around your preferred areas of interest where possible. It will include:

HR Operations

• Manage employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Talent Acquisition & Development

• Coordinate recruitment processes and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract and hire great talent.
• Support employee development initiatives.

Performance, Rewards & Payroll

• Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR data accuracy.
• Coordinate annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary reviews and incentive plans.
• Collaborate with external payroll providers, managers, and HR colleagues to ensure smooth and consistent execution across countries.

Expense, Fleet & Administration

• Coordinate or collaborate on expense claim, company card, and fleet-related processes.
• Work closely with Finance and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant administration.

Projects & Improvement

• Contribute to HR projects, AI & digitalization initiatives, and process improvements.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR operational role.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Solid understanding of payroll and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German (at least B2 level).

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting multiple European countries, particularly the DACH region.
• Knowledge of travel & expense administration and/or fleet management.
• Interest in HR digitalization, AI, and process automation.
• Exposure to compensation & benefits or pay transparency initiatives.
• Experience with Workday or another HRIS.
