At Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport, were redefining premium hospitality with urban sophistication, high standards, and an atmosphere that’s both vibrant and welcoming. We’re looking for a Welcome Office Agent who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

Our hotel is located in the direct indoor access to the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport terminal and the train station. Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport boasts 505 rooms, extensive meeting facilities, a rooftop restaurant, and a spa. We do close collaboration with our sister hotel Comfort, in the same building. Our congress center can accommodate events ranging from intimate meetings to gatherings of up to 1000 participants, with meeting spaces from the top floor view to the welcoming and spacious basement level.

As part of our Welcome Office team, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience — ensuring every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out, and creating a space that feels both personal and premium. You bring energy, charm, and a genuine commitment to making each guest feel valued and inspired by their time with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Daily front office operations, ensuring every experience is smooth, from bookings and payments to handling guest inquiries.
– Embody Clarions promise of style, quality, and energy in every interaction, consistently delivering high-quality, personalized service.
– Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, elevated guest experience.

This is a permanent part-time position for 30 h / 3 weeks with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. There’s an option for on-call duties during peak customer days or periods.

Is This You?
– You’re passionate about delivering premium guest experiences that are polished, warm, and unforgettable.
– You’re adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
– You have an eye for detail and know how to elevate the everyday into something extraordinary.
– You have at least 2 years of experience in Hotel front office operations.
– You have some hotel reception experience in Finland.
– You hold a qualification in hospitality or tourism.
– You’re fluent in English and Finnish language skills is a bonus.
