We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to DACH region to strengthen client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. As Senior Sales Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients in the DACH region, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders. You will develop strategic account plans based on client needs, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value, and lead co-selling activities with partners such as resellers, system integrators, and technology providers. Working closely with internal teams across sales, product, marketing, and support, you will ensure client success while monitoring account performance, preparing reports, and presenting insights to leadership. We wish you to be based in Germany, but role requires traveling in whole DACH region.
What we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in B2B or technical industries.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in CAD, PLM, or engineering software industries.
- Familiarity with digital transformation or SaaS business models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities.
- Strong domain knowledge in process industry across value chain (design, construction, maintenance).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent German and excellent English.
