Finance trainee, Accounting and Compliance team

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting? Join Cadmatic as a Finance Trainee and support our global organization in managing daily financial operations. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team during the summer!

During the traineeship, your tasks would be: 

• Processing travel and expense claims 
• Managing accounts payable: creating new vendors, selecting accounting ledgers, cost centers, tax codes and approvers for the incoming purchase bills
• Managing accounts receivable
• Making payments 
• Processing bank statements
• Assisting in reporting (e.g. cash flow, statistical reporting, reporting of costs)

Cadmatic on johtava digitaalisten 3D-pohjaisten suunnittelu- ja tiedonhallintaohjelmistojen kehittäjä meri-, prosessi- ja rakennusteollisuudelle. Toimintamme alkoi 1980-luvun alussa, mistä lähtien kasvumme on ollut vakuuttavaa: luomillamme ohjelmistoilla on tällä hetkellä yli 6000 asiakasta 60 maassa. Etsimme nyt taloushallinnon kesätyöntekijää (Finance trainee) tukemaan globaalia organisaatiotamme päivittäisten talousprosessien hallinnassa. Tehtävä keskittyy pääasiassa kahden suomalaisen yhtiön avustaviin tehtäviin, mutta valittavan henkilön osaamisen ja kiinnostusten mukaan tehtävässä on mahdollista päästä oppimaan monipuolisesti myös kansainvälisen konsernin taloushallinnosta. Työ sijaitsee konsernin pääkonttorilla Turussa.

Kesätyön aikana tehtäviisi kuuluu:

• Matka- ja kululaskujen käsittely
• Ostolaskujen käsittely
• Tiliotteiden käsittely
• Maksuliikenteen hoitaminen
• Muut avustavat tehtävät
