Business Systems Specialist

We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist to join our Business Tools team to help us improve operational efficiency through strong data management and smooth integrations between business systems. In this role, you will make sure our digital tools work together seamlessly, enabling streamlined workflows and data-driven decisions.

You will take ownership of data management, ensuring company data is well-organized, optimized, and maintained across platforms, including our centralized data warehouse. A big part of your role will involve system integrations and data migrations—developing and managing connections between CRM, ERP, data warehouses, and other tools, while monitoring data integrity and troubleshooting sync issues. You’ll also support migration projects from legacy systems.

In addition, you’ll work on small development tasks, such as fine-tuning CRM/ERP functionality, building automations, and improving workflows. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a system administrator role for selected platforms. Beyond technical work, you’ll assist with onboarding and training users, help roll out new software and upgrades, and document workflows and integration protocols to support continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our Head of Business Systems, Ilkka Kuusela, and be based in Finland. We have offices in Turku, Tampere, Kotka, and Oulu, and offer a flexible working model that allows you to work from home or from one of our offices.

 What we except from you

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience with data management and system integration.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to massage large amounts of data efficiently (Excel, SQL, Regex, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Goal oriented and focused on optimization, while still managing daily activities.
• Technological literacy with an eagerness to adopt new technologies.
• Some programming and data structure experience. 
• Open attitude for learning more.

What we appreciate:

• Experience with data warehouse solutions like Salesforce Data 360.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms like Salesforce, Netsuite.
• Experience with integration tools like Celigo.
