Businesslike is looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to join Ticketmaster Suomi in Helsinki for a minimum one-year parental leave cover.
THE TEAM
The team will focus on efficiently creating consumer demand and capturing existing demand to drive sales by utilizing several digital marketing platforms. The foundation is delivery of a content rich site, optimised for SEO. Servicing client relationships is key, demonstrating the power of our reach in combination with sophisticated targeting through marketing automation and ad-hoc activity across CRM, paid and organic social, search and programmatic advertising. Where there is opportunity to do so, the team should sell our marketing services, ensuring clients entrust us with their marketing budgets. The team also focuses on supporting the business with acquiring new tickets and retaining existing tickets by marketing the value of Ticketmaster products and services resulting in increased client satisfaction and traffic to the B2B site.
THE JOB
As our Content Marketing Coordinator, you are part of Ticketmaster Region North Marketing team. You report to the local Marketing Director where you support the local team with various marketing tasks such as implementing brand and marketing campaigns for your local market, creating segmented newsletters, programming the Ticketmaster website, creating organic social posts etc. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring paid and marketing in contract campaigns are booked, set up, reported and invoiced on, in a timely manner. In addition, you also support the expert area leads in the region with localisations and implementation of marketing campaigns, CRM automations and translations of local analysis. This is a role where you will be in daily contact with clients and internal stakeholders so it’s important you are confident and clear in your communication, both written and verbal.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to provide required local marketing support for marketing in contract or paid marketing (newsletter, spotlights and organic social)
- Handle client campaigns from booking, ensuring materials, set up, reporting to invoicing
- Take part in client meetings, regular client dialogue around marketing campaigns and branding related topics
- Responsible for the localization and implementation of local B2C and B2B campaigns in Finnish market
- Focusing on marketing campaigns for set OKR’s from planning, content creation to implementation and reporting
- Tasks also including for creating B2C and B2B newsletters, updating Ticketmaster website and posting organic social posts
- Responsible for localisations and translations where needed
- And other tasks that come under the Nordic and local marketing organisation
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with content creation and posting for digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, web, newsletters etc.)
- Experience in working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge with Adobe programs and WordPress
- Basic knowledge with Google Analytics and experience in reporting on marketing campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field
- Fluent in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
