Customer Operations Specialist, Oulu

Are you the Customer Operations Specialist we are looking for?

We are seeking a CUSTOMER OPERATIONS SPECIALIST for a 6-month fixed-term position for our client in Oulu.

The responsibilities of the Customer Operations Specialist include:

– Processing and confirming sales orders

– Managing license sales and locking systems

– Handling order cancellations, invoice corrections, product returns, replacements, and exchanges

– Opening Partner Portal user accounts

– Responding to phone calls and emails regarding sales orders, deliveries, and product availability.

The workplace is located in Oulu, and there is a partial remote work option available. The position involves working mainly during the day on weekdays. The work will begin as soon as a suitable candidate is found and the employment contract will be signed with Bondata. The position starts with a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension if the work requires it.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, accurate, and diligent team player who possesses strong cooperation and organizational skills. They should be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks with a ”can-do” attitude. We expect the applicant to have experience with ERP and ticketing systems, as well as good communication skills in English. An appropriate educational background is also preferred.
