Construction Manager Industrial Cooling Tower Assembly & Installation Project
Role Description:
Barrett Industrial Cooling Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee industrial cooling tower construction and mechanical installation works at an industrial project in Hamina.
Key Responsibilities:
– Overall management of construction activities
– Coordination of installation teams and subcontractors
– Site safety, quality and schedule management
– Client coordination and project reporting
– Supervision of commissioning readiness
Requirements:
– Demonstrated experience managing industrial construction or mechanical installation projects
– Experience leading international installation teams
– Strong construction safety knowledge
– Working language English; Finnish not required
Employment Terms:
– Full-time employment organised according to Finnish Working Hours Act (872/2019)
– Working hours implemented through the employers issued working time roster
– Hourly rate €2527 depending on experience
– Salary and employment conditions in accordance with the Technology Industry Collective Agreement (Teknologiateollisuuden työehtosopimus)
– Fixed-term project-based employment
– Work performed at industrial construction site in Hamina, Finland
