Production workers, cable loading

We are looking for production workers for versatile operational tasks related to cable loading activities. The role includes operating, handling, and supporting various installation and operating machinery used in the cable loading process. The work takes place outdoors and requires good physical condition, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude.

This is project-based work, and project durations typically vary from one week to several weeks. Several projects of different lengths usually take place throughout the year.

During cable loading projects, work is carried out in 12hour shifts, either morning or night (07:00-19:00; 19:00-07:00), and the work continues uninterrupted until the loading process is completed.

In nonloading projects, work is typically done on weekdays in a single 8-12hour shift.

The work is performed at Prysmians factory in Pikkala.

Requirements:

– Good physical condition and a proactive attitude
– Excellent teamwork skills
– Ability to work in production and installation tasks
– Good communication skills in English
– Willingness to work outdoors and perform extended shifts

Considered as an advantage:

– Forklift license and hot work card
– Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
