Lead Positions Across Key Technical Disciplines in Hyperscale Data Center Project

Barona Engineering is looking for experienced professionals to join a hyperscale data center construction project in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Finland. We are hiring for leadership roles in critical technical disciplines.

We are hiring for the following roles:

– EHS Lead
– Quality Lead
– CSA Lead
– Mechanical Lead

These are full-time, on-site positions. Your final responsibilities will be determined based on your experience and technical expertise. Employment will start as agreed, and this is a multi-year project.

What we expect from you?

– Solid experience in your respective discipline (EHS, Quality, CSA, or Mechanical)
– Background in large-scale construction projects, ideally within the data center sector
– Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
– Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
