Summer job: Logistics Assistant for Voyantic Oy in Pitäjänmäki

We are now looking for a customer-service-oriented Logistics Assistant for our client, Voyantic Oy, for a summer position in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career who already has some logistics know-how and is eager to grow into a future professional in the field.

Job Description

As a Logistics Assistant, you will be an important part of a three-person team, handling a wide range of tasks related to international shipments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Customer service, primarily via email
– Preparing and managing freight documents
– Managing shipments using the ERP system
– Order processing, picking, and packing
– Coordinating transportation and collaborating with logistics partners
– Processing sales invoices

We expect from you:

– Relevant educational background or work experience in logistics (e.g., logistics engineering student or similar)
– A proactive working style, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
– Strong communication skills in Finnish and English, and the ability to interactwith international customers and stakeholders
– Some hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
– Availability to start shortly after May Day and commit until the end of August
– The selected candidate must be at least 18 years old
