-Your tasks are diverse and include:
-Receiving customer contacts and booking maintenance visits, providing technical advice to customers and preparing cost estimates.
-Preparing work orders
– You act as a link in the flow of information between the customer and mechanics and ensure the smooth operation of maintenance
-You work actively in a team, but you also bear independent responsibility for the smooth operation of the work
-We expect you to have previous experience in the automotive industry, either as a mechanic or customer service representative, etc.
