Fibre Home Installation Technician (Customer Visits)

Work takes place in customers homes and small property environments. You follow a standard installation process and ensure a high-quality finish.
This role does not include fusion splicing, fibre blowing, or digging/excavation.

Key duties

Agree the installation point and indoor device location with the customer (dry/warm location, close to power).
Plan and mark the yard route, considering obstacles such as cables/pipes/paving.
Complete the wall entry, sleeve, careful feed of the pre-terminated fibre cable, and sealing.
Mount the outdoor termination box and indoor media converter; tidy surface routing where needed.
Documentation and handover to the next phase.
Requirements

Prior experience in installation / field service / technician work.
Driving licence (B).
Fluent Finnish.
Good English.
Comfortable with in-home customer visits.
Splicing/blowing experience is not required.
