Sales and Customer Service Specialist – Poland

We are a company specializing in the production of electrical switchboards and control cabinets.
Due to the dynamic growth of our company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

 SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

 Location:  Arnon Poland:  Fabryczna 2, 84-200 Wejherowo.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the supply chain process from order to delivery to the customer
• Clarifying technical issues with the customer
• Daily communication with customers
• Creating and/or verifying bills of materials
• Supervising the timely execution of orders

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
• Higher education (technical education is a plus)
• Analytical skills
• Good time management and ability to work under time pressure
• Independence and communication skills
• Very good command of English
• Openness to continuous improvement

Salary: Depends on skills and experience: 6,000–9,000 PLN gross
