Marketing & Brand Visual Designer
Brand & visual design: Plan, maintain and produce brand assets and style guides; create event identities, stage/backdrop graphics, print/digital collateral, presentations, signage, and sponsor/exhibitor materials; ensure consistency and quality.
Marketing strategy & designs: Design & execute performance and organic campaign strategies, assets for web, social, email and display campaigns; support channel mix plans, content calendars and asset roadmaps; prepare press/partner kits.
Creative production & video editing: Edit event highlights, speaker clips and social cuts; handle colour, audio, motion graphics and captioning as needed; manage raw footage and media libraries.
Web content & production: Maintain and update company and event websites (layouts, landing pages, content blocks) & create new websites & concepts when a new event is diployed.
Event & communications support: Provide on-site event support and produce visuals for announcements, newsletters and social posts; coordinate with partners, venues, AV and suppliers as needed. Due to the nature of the events industry, on-site event day working hours may temporarly become longer and irregular.
Quality & governance: Follow & create brand guidelines and version control; document third-party licences (fonts, stock, music) and ensure rights clearance; process personal data and media assets per company policies and the applicable laws.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, content creation, partnerships and operations; manage briefs/task boards; estimate effort and communicate timelines.
Typical tools: Adobe photoshop, Canva, Figma, CMS tools, collaboration suites, project trackers, AI tools for automation and creativity.
Familiarity with ArcticStartup events and understanding of the startup ecosystem is considered a plus.
6-months trial period is applied.
