Sales and Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lapland. This role is designed for a professional with 5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, complemented by at least 3 years of operational experience in the Lapland region. As a key point of contact for our international markets, you must demonstrate full professional fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry to final coordination—while leading daily logistics, including the strategic assignment of guides, vehicles, and guests. A valid drivers license and the ability to oversee vehicle logistics in alignment with company standards are essential for this role.
