Office Helper / Guest Support Assistant
We are looking for a friendly and organized Office Helper to support our daily operations and assist guests on-site.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
Help guests find their assigned equipment
Distribute clothing, shoes, and necessary equipment
Ensure items are correctly handed out and well organized
Maintain a tidy and orderly storage and office area
Provide general assistance to staff and guests as needed
Requirements:
Friendly, helpful, and service-minded attitude
Good communication skills
Organized and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No prior experience required (training provided)
