Customer Service Staff for the Light Park in Rovaniemi – Seasonal Position

We are looking for a customer service staff member for the new Rovaniemi Light Park in a full-time position. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys varied customer service tasks in a unique setting, where youll help create memorable experiences for our guests. Through us, employee accommodation can also be arranged if needed. You can work full-time or flexibly part-time if you prefer.

Your tasks will include:

– Ticket sales and customer service

– Ice skate rental and assisting guests

– Café service

– General duties around the park

We expect you to have:

– Cheerful and customer-oriented attitude

– The ability to handle varied tasks

– Willingness to work outdoors in winter conditions

– Good English skills (additional languages are a plus)
