Full-Time Nanny & Household Helper for Three Families (Kauniainen / Espoo Area)

We are three friendly families looking for someone who truly enjoys being with children and finds joy in helping a home run smoothly. If you are caring, patient, and naturally drawn to supporting young kids, we would love to meet you. This is a long-term position with stable hours and a supportive working environment.

About the Children
Our children are between 0–6 years old and are cousins. Your main responsibilities will focus on daily childcare routines, including:
– Being present with children — playing, talking, exploring, comforting
– Preparing simple meals and snacks
– Helping with naps and daily routines
– Picking up children from daycare and taking them to hobbies if needed (short distances)
– Ensuring a safe, calm, and positive environment

Household Tasks
In addition to childcare, we need support with cleaning and general household upkeep across our three homes. Tasks may include vacuuming, floor cleaning, wiping surfaces, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms — the exact tasks will be agreed together.

On Fridays, the role includes a full-day whole-house cleaning in a fourth home, belonging to our parents and located in Kauniainen. These cleaning tasks are more extensive and will be agreed in advance.

Location & Schedule
– Work takes place across three family homes in the Kauniainen/Espoo area, all within a 15-minute drive of each other. You will focus on one family per day, following a rotating schedule.
– Full-time position (exact hours can be agreed together).
– Long-term employment preferred.

Language Requirements
– You may speak English, Finnish, or Swedish — whichever you are most comfortable with. We speak Swedish as our first language.

Who Were Looking For
Someone who is:
– Caring, patient, and trustworthy
– Experienced with young children
– Organized and proactive in household tasks
– Good, open and honest communication
– Comfortable working independently
– Eligible to work in Finland
– OK to be around dogs (one family has a dog)
– Valid Finnish drivers license and readiness to drive between homes when needed (travel costs will be compensated)
