Position: Waiter/Waitress (Part-time, 30h/week)
Location: Aito Fresh
Reports to: Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities
1.Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service.
Respond to customer requests, such as refilling drinks or providing utensils.
Handle customer feedback and report any issues to the supervisor.
2.Poke Bowl Preparation
Quickly and accurately prepare Poke Bowls based on customer selections.
Ensure ingredients are fresh and well-presented.
Maintain cleanliness and restock ingredients as needed.
Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service.
3.Restaurant Operations
Refill food in the self-service area to keep ingredients available.
Keep the dining area clean and maintain hygiene standards.
Assist in basic food prep as needed.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
4.Cashier & Transactions
Process orders and payments using the POS system.
Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/card transactions.
Provide quick and smooth checkout experiences.
5.Teamwork
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in training to improve skills and service quality.
Stay calm and efficient during busy periods.

Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in food service or food preparation is a plus; training provided.
Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle POS transactions.
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to quickly prepare and assemble Poke Bowls.
Attitude:
Responsible, detail-oriented, and patient.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Neat and presentable appearance.
Others:
Available for shifts on weekends and holidays.
Physically fit to stand for long hours.
