Aino & Eino is a new Finnish AI service focused on improving the wellbeing of elderly people and reducing loneliness through intelligent, human-like phone conversations and digital services. The company is led by experienced SaaS serial entrepreneurs who have built and scaled successful software businesses before.
We are now looking for a hands-on software developer who wants to grow into AI-native product development from the ground up – with a possibility to become a shareholder in the company.

Your role
You will play a key role in developing the technical solution behind Aino & Eino working across the entire product:
– Back-end development and integrations
– Building and integrating LLM- and GenAI-based features
– Development related to voice and conversational AI (e.g. calls, speech, dialogue logic)
– Contribute to UI/UX design and product decisions
You will help design, build, test and shape the product from an early stage.
