Service Technician – Syketec Oy Ab
As a Service Technician at Syketec, you will be an important part of our team and customer experience. You will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our products and related systems. The role involves working closely with our customers to ensure their equipment operates optimally and that they receive the best possible support.
You will have a practical and varied job where you troubleshoot, repair, and provide technical advice. The work takes place both on-site at the customers location and in our workshop in Replot, and you will play a central role in maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Syketec is an innovative company in mechanized forestry, aiming to deliver sustainable and efficient solutions for forest owners and contractors, both nationally and internationally.
Your main responsibilities:
-Installation, maintenance, and repair of JOBO products and related hydraulics at customer sites.
-Troubleshooting on-site and via remote support.
-Systematic documentation of service and technical actions.
-Customer contact and technical advice on the use and optimization of our equipment.
We are looking for someone who:
-Has technical education in mechanics, electricity, or hydraulics, or relevant work experience.
-Is independent, service-oriented, and has good ability to troubleshoot technical systems.
-Speaks fluent Swedish or Finnish, and has good knowledge of English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
-Holds a valid B drivers license.
