Sourcing Specialist (1-month assignment), Vantaa
About the role
You will oversee the phase-out process for discontinued items, ensuring all related activities are completed efficiently and accurately. This includes coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, managing inventory and asset disposals, maintaining system data, and documenting outcomes. You will also identify opportunities to reuse or repurpose items and support updates to key company systems.
Although you will work independently, the team will provide ongoing support. The ability to focus on details, work independently, and quickly adapt to new tasks are essential for success in this role. The work will take place at our clients office in Vantaa.

Work tasks
– Oversee the rampdown process for discontinued items, including approvals, inventory checks, and asset disposals
– Manage supplier-related tasks, such as inventory review, liabilities, and Annex updates
– Maintain and update key systems (e.g., SAP, S/4, ATON, CPQ) and ensure proper data clean-up
– Assess reuse or resale opportunities and document all disposal activities
– Coordinate internally and with suppliers, including evaluating service and aftermarket impacts
We are looking for
– Strong skills in SAP and Excel
– Experience in data handling and administrative processes
– A structured, proactive approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
