We are looking for **three experienced TIG welders** to join our team for a variety of welding tasks. If you have strong hands-on experience in TIG welding, take pride in producing high-quality work, and enjoy working in a skilled and professional team, you may be the person we are looking for.

**Job Responsibilities**

Your duties will include TIG welding for various manufacturing and metal fabrication applications. The primary materials are stainless steel and acid-resistant stainless steel, but you will also work with mild steel and aluminium.

Versatile metalworking and general workshop skills are considered an advantage.

**What We Expect from You**

– Strong practical experience in TIG welding, preferably more than 5 years.

– A careful approach to work and the ability to produce high-quality welds.

– The ability to work independently and a responsible attitude.

– Willingness to complete a welding test before starting employment.

**Valid welding qualifications are not required.** We have in-house International Welding Specialist (IWS) expertise, and the necessary welding qualifications can be arranged in-house according to your skills and the requirements of the job.

**Working Hours**

Two-shift system:

– Morning shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

– Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

**Salary and Employment Terms**

Salary and employment terms are based on the collective agreement for the Technology Industry in Finland.
