**EXTRA COOKS WANTED – CASA RAVINTOLAT**

Casa Ravintolat includes Ravintola Kannas, Kustaa Vaasa, Rodolfo, White Lady and Tislaamo. We are now looking for experienced cooks for on-call employment.

The upcoming Christmas party season will bring many busy evenings and weekends to our restaurants, but extra shifts will also be available outside the festive season.

This position is ideal for students or people with another job who would like to work occasional extra shifts according to their availability.

Shifts are mainly in the evenings and at weekends, and they may sometimes become available at short notice. We therefore hope that applicants are flexible and able to accept shifts quickly when needed.

**What kind of person are we looking for?**

This position is not suitable for someone who is just beginning their career. Our kitchens are often busy, so initiative and a solid command of basic restaurant kitchen skills are essential. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is therefore required.

Above all, we value the right attitude. We appreciate energy, reliability, flexibility and the ability to maintain a positive approach even during busy service.

**Requirements for cooks**

– Previous experience working in a professional kitchen

– A valid hygiene passport

– Fluency in Finnish, or fluency in English together with at least basic Finnish skills

– The ability to work independently, including during busy periods

– Flexibility regarding shifts

Casa Ravintolats restaurants are located in central Helsinki and are easily accessible by public transport.

**The starting date will be agreed separately.**

The hourly wage is €12–17, depending on your experience and skills. All other terms and conditions of employment are determined in accordance with the Finnish collective agreement for the hotel, restaurant and leisure industry.
