QC Lab Technician

Main responsibilities:

– To assist in testing of incoming goods, semifinished and finished products according to standard procedures and work instructions

– To test products in relation to customer complaints, nonconformities, preventive and corrective actions

– To perform stability follow-up tests for companys products

– To run PCR, ELISA, biochemical and point of care tests

– To make observations, interpret findings and report any deviations to QC manager

– To maintain measuring equipment in use in working condition and to order service whenever necessary

– Other laboratory tasks as needed

Required qualifications

– Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry/Biology with minimum of 2 years of lab work experience. Applicants with vocational high school training with atleast one year of lab work experience are also invited to apply

– Experience in Immunoassays or PCR techniques

– Knowledge of clean room and aseptic condition work environment

– Knowledge of English and Finnish at least on intermediate level

– Experience in IVD field/pharmaceutical field and knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements would be an advantage

– Must have Finnish Passport/Residence permit
