**CNC Milling Machinist (High-Precision Machining)**

We are looking for a highly experienced CNC machinist for demanding milling operations.

The work involves machining hardened steel using 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines. The material requires specialized expertise, as it is machined using a dry machining process without cutting fluids. This is not a standard precision engineering role. The position involves extremely high-precision machining with tolerances measured in hundredths of a millimeter.

**Requirements**

– Extensive experience in CNC machining and CNC milling

– Experience operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines

– Proven experience machining hardened steel

– Ability to work with extremely tight tolerances (0.01 mm accuracy class)

– Strong independent working skills and professional craftsmanship

– English or Finnish language skills
