QA Engineer

We are continuously looking for QA Engineers who can handle manual testing and test automation, to join our Espoo office and work with our industrial customers.

We operate in a hybrid working model, with approximately three days per week either at the customer site or at an Etteplan office.

Key responsibilities
– Define test cases based on end-customer requirements – Support project delivery and implementation activities – Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and change management processes
Skills and experience
– At least a few years of experience in software testing – Relevant technical degree: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent – Ability to understand complex technical systems and support subject matter experts in project execution – Proactive and self-driven working style, with the ability to work independently while also building strong relationships with various stakeholders – Working as a part of scrum team – Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Finnish language is not required but can be an advantage – Familiar with embedded device testing

– Broad technical background or experience across multiple engineering disciplines – Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipeline management – Working knowledge of at least one programming language commonly used in automation or testing environments, such as Python or C# – Knowledge of Robot Framework – Familiarity with Azure DevOps – AI-assisted software development / quality assurance
