Project Manager
We are looking for a project manager for the Federation of Finnish Enterprise Agencies starting on 1th of August 2026. The project manager’s position is related to the project_A broader landscape of ownership change – alternative models for continuing business operations in rural areas_
The aim of the project is to increase awareness of alternative ownership change and entrepreneurship paths in Finland. The project will make visible and utilize models of ownership and transition to entrepreneurship that have so far received less attention, such as co-ownership, phased ownership changes (ETA model), franchising entrepreneurship, and cooperative and employee-oriented solutions.
The project will compile and structure domestic and international information on alternative ownership change models, concretize them into entities understandable to target groups, and disseminate information nationwide through multi-channel communication.
The project will start on 1 August 2026 and end on 31 March 2028.
We expect from the project manager we are hiring
-several years of experience in business consulting
-deep knowledge of business transfers
-strong ability to plan, schedule and complete projects
-ability to communicate clearly to different target groups fluent Finnish and English
-university degree
The office of the Finnish New Business Centers is located in Pasila, Helsinki (Kyllikinportti 2), but the task can also be partially performed remotely.
