About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and professional **Retail Sales Assistant** to join our team at the _Best For_ franchise in Itäkeskus. We specialize in a unique range of lifestyle products, and we need someone who can provide excellent customer service while helping our store shine both in-person and online.
Key Responsibilities
– **Customer Service:** Provide a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience to every customer who visits our store.
– **Store Operations:** Maintain a tidy, organized, and attractive product display.
– **Social Media Management:** Create engaging content (photos, videos, and updates) for our shop’s social media channels to showcase our latest arrivals and drive store traffic.
– **Product Knowledge:** Stay up to date on our product categories to provide customers with expert advice.
What We Are Looking For
– **Experience:** Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is required.
– **Language Skills:** Fluency in **English** and **Finnish** (both written and spoken) is essential for assisting our diverse customer base.
– **Social Media Savvy:** Ability to produce high-quality, creative content for platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
– **Attitude:** A cheerful, proactive, and ”can-do” personality with a strong sense of professionalism.
– **Reliability:** A flexible approach to working hours and a genuine commitment to store performance.
