End User Services Architect
**We are seeking an End User Services Architect** to drive the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure end-user services. In this role, you will shape our technology roadmap, champion best practices, and ensure our end-user environment is modern, reliable, and secure.
**Key responsibilities**
– Develop and maintain the End User Services architecture, including technology selection and roadmaps, in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects.
– Serve as the subject matter expert for End User Services, guiding and supporting teams across IT.
– Track industry best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate them into our services.
– Participate in architectural governance and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Ensure solutions meet established security and compliance standards.
**Requirements**
– B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science or equivalent experience from a similar role.
– Several years of experience in End User Services and solid experience in IT Infrastructure Services.
– Strong knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
– Deep expertise in M365 services, Entra ID, AVD, AD, and device management.
– Strong understanding of cybersecurity and Zero Trust principles.
– Experience with ITIL processes and Service Desk is a plus.
– Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
– Proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.
– Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
