Head Chef (Indian cuisine)
**Requirements and Experience:**
– Valid Finnish work permit/visa
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
– Strong and authentic knowledge of Indian cuisine (regional cuisines are a plus)
– Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a kitchen team effectively
– Experience in menu planning and recipe development
– Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
– Experience in cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Good organizational and time-management skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Finnish language skills are an advantage
