Sales Partner Manager

Cadmatic is a leading global developer of digital and intelligent 3D-based design, engineering, and information management solutions for the marine, process, and construction industries. We are now looking for a Sales Partner Manager in Europe. In this role, you are responsible for growing the business through a global network of external partners. You build a partner model that supports regional sales, scales consistently across markets, and helps customers get real value from Cadmatic solutions. You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to turn partner strategy into everyday execution. 

You will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development, Juha Asanti. We offer flexibility with location, and you can work either in some of our European offices with a hybrid work model or fully remotely from your home office in Europe. 

 
What you will work on: 

  • Build and develop Cadmatic’s global partner program 

  • Design partner recruitment plans aligned with regional sales needs 

  • Recruit, manage, and develop partners and manage partner agreements 

  • Define partner coverage models for key accounts and market opportunities 

  • Build co-marketing plans in collaboration with Cadmatic Marketing Team  

  • Prioritize solution plays and sales motions across markets 

  • Create clear co-selling playbooks including joint pitch decks, demos, and sales materials 

  • Drive joint pipeline management, sales execution, and revenue forecasting with partners 

  • Define lead and referral sourcing rules and support their setup in Salesforce 

  • Contribute input to partner enablement and eLearning curricula 

 

What helps you succeed in this role: 

  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner, channel, or software sales 

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a commercial mindset 

  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority 

  • Structured and analytical way of working with focus on execution 

  • Clear communication and independent working style 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field  

  • Knowledge and experience of shipbuilding or industrial projects is considered an advantage
