Restaurant Manager for the summer season 2026 – Savonlinna

We are looking for a restaurant manager for our client for the summer season 2026 for a popular summer restaurant located in Savonlinna. The employment contract will be concluded by HR-Polku Oy.

Job timing
Start: mid-May
Duration: until mid-August
Salary: to be agreed upon taking your experience and wishes into account

As a restaurant manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and the quality of the customer experience. The job combines practical work in the dining room and operational management of the restaurant.

The task includes, among other things:
-working as a waiter in customer service
-leading staff and supporting the team
-creating shift lists
-taking orders
-responding to emails and customer communications
-ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant’s daily operations

We expect from you
-experience as a restaurant manager or similar supervisory position
-strong à la carte skills
-good organizational and leadership skills
-fluent Finnish language skills

Savonlinna is one of Finland’s most popular tourist towns in the summer, known for its stunning lake scenery and lively summer atmosphere.
