Arctic GM Experiences is a tourism and experience company operating in Lapland. We are looking for a reliable and organized professional to support administrative and sales operations.
This position combines administrative tasks and sales support across different systems and platforms. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work and handling multiple responsibilities.
The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage systems, information, partnerships and sales activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing administrative tasks
Updating and maintaining product information across internal systems and sales platforms
Supporting with partner communications
Handling collaboration coordination with external partners
Assisting with social media updates and online communication related to sales and promotions
Ensuring accurate information flow between internal teams, partners, and systems
Our ideal candidate:
Is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Has strong communication and coordination skills
Is comfortable working with digital systems and online platforms
Pays attention to detail and maintains structured workflows
Can work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
Fluent English
Ability to take initiative and think creatively to solve problems
Good computer and system management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced tourism environment
Based in Rovaniemi
Start date: April/May. Permanent position.
