Summer Trainee 2026: Financial Energy Analyst, Elron

Elron is seeking an ambitious master’s student in Energy Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field to join our expert team in Espoo for Summer 2026.

As a subsidiary of the Elomatic Group, Elron combines investment banking, strategy consulting, and project development expertise—specifically tailored to the energy sector. As our summer intern, you will work closely with our senior consultants on real client assignments, gaining hands-on experience with financial modelling, market analysis, and the strategic evaluation of energy-sector investments.

What we look for

• Master’s-level studies in Energy Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in energy markets and sustainability
• Motivation to grow into a future energy consultant and trusted advisor
• Working language will be both Finnish and English
