Your Role: Quality Manager

As our new Quality Manager,

you will drive, implement, and maintain food safety and quality systems across JHBs Finnish operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines operational quality assurance with strategic development.

You will:

– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
– Lead and develop QA processes and quality controls
– Drive quality-related projects aligned with company strategy
– Work closely with cross-functional teams across production, procurement, logistics, and more
– Be an active part of a Nordic quality team of seven experts
– Report directly to the Quality Director
Your workplace will be at our modern facilities in Kuussillantie and Kivipyykintie.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

– Bachelors or masters degree in food science or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety and quality management
– Fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage)
