About the role

As our client’s Purchasing Coordinator, you will join the procurement team during a busy period. Your core task is to process incoming supplier invoices and ensure supplier data integrity within the system. You will collaborate with your team but also other internal stakeholders around the organisation.

This is a part-time (3 days per week) temporary opportunity for 2 months, offering a chance to gain valuable work experience e.g. during your studies. The role requires presence on-site in Keilaniemi office.

Work tasks
– Process unclear invoices from suppliers
– Set up new suppliers in the system
– Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice-related queries
– Support the procurement team with daily operational tasks

We are looking for

– Basic understanding of P2P, purchase orders, supplier invoicing, and the procurement environment (e.g., through studies)
– Relevant studies in the field
– Fluency in written and spoken English
– Ability to confidently communicate and reach out to stakeholders

Relevant work experience is seen as an asset but not required.
