Job duties and required competencies:
Daily work in a restaurant kitchen within an Italian-style concept
Preparation of fresh pasta, dough-based products (such as pinsa), and sauce-based dishes as part of daily kitchen operations
Food preparation following established kitchen production methods and routines
Adhering to recipe guidelines and portion standards to ensure consistent results
Supporting daily preparation and production workflows across restaurant environments
Preparing sauces with attention to cooking time, consistency, and quality
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Complying with food safety, hygiene, and self-monitoring practices
Ability to work efficiently during occasionally busy service periods
Following proper timing and temperature practices during food preparation
The role typically requires several years of experience, generally at least three years, in restaurant kitchen work and daily food preparation
Ability to work in an English-speaking kitchen environment
