Product Owner – M365, Espoo
About the role
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of Microsoft 365 services for the business. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical experts, translating business needs into clear priorities and ensuring smooth delivery through Agile practices. You will act as a key link between business and technology, ensuring transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement across the M365 product landscape.

Work tasks
– Own and manage the Jira planning boards, ensuring transparency and alignment across the team.
– Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
– Allocate tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
– Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, fostering collaboration and clarity.
– Drive continuous improvement and adoption of M365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Purview, Copilot etc.) to support enterprise workflows.
We are looking for
– Advanced experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
– Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365.
– Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in Jira.
– Strong discipline in backlog management.
– Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly in both English and Finnish.
– Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
It is meritorious if you have
– Deeper expertise in at least one M365 workload (SharePoint Online, Teams, or Power Platform).
