Job Descriptions

Cleaner (Commercial Premises)

As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the comfort and cleanliness of our customers premises. You will be accountable for quality and customer satisfaction through your own work. At the beginning of your employment, your main work location will be a industrial facility.

The work can be carried out entirely at one site, or you may have several different cleaning locations during the day. The role includes both weekday and weekend work, and shifts vary depending on the site – working hours may be in the early morning, morning, daytime, or evening. A valid driving licence and access to your own car are considered an advantage.

You will perform visible and meaningful work that has a direct impact on customers daily lives and comfort. The work is varied, independent, and responsible, but you are not alone – you will receive thorough onboarding at the start of your employment and support throughout your employment if needed. Your workday follows a planned task list, and you are responsible for the smooth execution of your duties.

The role emphasizes planning your own work, initiative, efficient working methods, and adherence to agreed schedules. Careful execution in accordance with quality and safety instructions, as well as a customer-service-oriented and friendly approach, are an essential part of everyday work. You enjoy working independently, solving problems, and taking responsibility.

Your tasks may include:

Vacuuming floors, mopping, or using floor cleaning machines

Cleaning sanitary facilities and kitchen/break areas

Cleaning surfaces and other areas

Other basic cleaning tasks

What We Offer You

A fixed-term, part-time employment contract (5–20 hours/week) during April–September

Flexible working hours (mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends)

Thorough onboarding through our updated onboarding path and N-Clean Academy – no prior experience is required, although it can help you get started faster

Opportunity to continue working with us after the summer

Salary according to the Property Services Collective Agreement: €11.03–€12.26/hour, depending on your role
