Customs Clearance Officer for CAM Plant Project, Kotka

We are looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Officer to join China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.s team for the CAM factory project in Kotka.

(CHEC) is a world-renowned international contractor and a leading provider of comprehensive services across the entire industry chain for both public and private sectors. CHEC has been engaged as the main contractor for the CAM Plant project in Kotka, responsible for the implementation and construction of the plant.

In this role
, you will be part of an international project organization, ensuring smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of materials to the site. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to support the projects operational needs.

Your responsibilities include:
– Coordinating customs clearance and tracking the arrival of goods to the site
– Supporting procurement of temporary facilities, safety items, and urgent site materials
– Liaising with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams
– Ensuring timely delivery and basic compliance of materials
– Maintaining simple records and documentation

We expect from you:

– Experience in logistics, procurement, or site support
– Basic understanding of customs clearance and material delivery processes
– Good communication and coordination skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to work under time pressure and handle urgent tasks
