Job Descriptions

Cleaner (Office and Commercial Sites)

As a cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of our customers premises. You take responsibility for quality and customer satisfaction through your own work. Your worksite may be, for example, a shop, office, care home, school, shopping center, or similar location.

You may work entirely at one site, or you may have several cleaning locations during the day. Work takes place on weekdays and weekends, and shifts vary depending on the site — early mornings, mornings, daytime, or evenings. Some sites are located across different parts of Uusimaa, so a valid driving license and access to a car are considered an advantage.

This role allows you to do visible and meaningful work that directly impacts customers everyday life and comfort. The work is varied, independent, and responsible — but you are not alone. You will receive thorough onboarding at the start of your employment and support throughout your contract. Your workday follows a planned task list, and you are responsible for ensuring your tasks run smoothly. The role emphasizes planning your own work, initiative, efficient working methods, and meeting agreed schedules. Careful adherence to quality and safety guidelines, as well as a friendly and customer-oriented approach, are an essential part of everyday work. You enjoy independent work, problem-solving, and taking responsibility.

Your tasks may include:

Vacuuming, mopping, or using floor-cleaning machines

Cleaning sanitary facilities and kitchen/break areas

Cleaning surfaces and other areas

Other basic cleaning tasks

Housekeeper (Hotel Sites)

As a housekeeper, you are responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of hotel rooms. Your careful work ensures high quality and has a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

You will work at an assigned hotel site. Working days include weekdays and weekends, mainly morning shifts.

In this role, you will do visible and meaningful work that directly affects hotel guests experience — you are a key part of a successful hotel stay. Your workday follows a planned task list, and while you are responsible for your own tasks, success is built through teamwork. The role emphasizes planning your own work, initiative, efficiency, and adherence to schedules. Working carefully according to quality and safety guidelines, as well as providing friendly customer service, are essential parts of everyday work. You enjoy a fast-paced environment, customer service, and adapting smoothly to changing situations.

Your tasks include:

Cleaning hotel rooms, including changing bed linens and making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning various floor surfaces, wiping surfaces, and replenishing hotel supplies

You may also have the opportunity to assist in the hotels heart — the kitchen — by helping with breakfast service, or to bring joy to younger guests by acting as a mascot

What We Offer You

A fixed-term, part-time employment contract (5–30 hours per week) between March and September

Flexible working hours (mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends)

Thorough onboarding through our renewed onboarding path and N-Clean Academy — previous experience is not required, although it may support your start

Opportunity to continue working with us after the summer

Salary according to the Property Services Collective Agreement, €11.03–€12.88/hour, depending on your duties
