Sailing school jack-of-all-trades – boat maintenance + potentially marketing, sales and business development
Job Description: Your primary responsibilities will center on spring maintenance and preparing our fleet for the sailing season.
Tasks include:
– Sanding and painting hulls.
– Polishing, waxing, and removing old decals/stickers.
– Moving equipment from storage to the boats.
– Dismantling winter covers and storage frames.
– Minor fiberglass repairs.
Additional Opportunities: Depending on your skill set and interests, you may also contribute to sales and marketing. For example, if you have an interest in video production, you can take a lead role in creating social media content and other marketing materials.
Requirements:
Drivers License: Mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience from boat maintenance is a plus, but not required. Interest in the field and a proactive attitude are what count most.
