Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and building lasting client relationships? Cadmatic is growing and now we are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team in South Europe. Your key responsibility is to lead key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across Spain and neighboring regions. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact.
As a Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to develop strategic account plans. You’ll drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and co-selling with partners, while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include monitoring account performance, presenting insights into leadership, resolving complex issues, and leading contract negotiations. You will collaborate closely with strategic partners in Spain and neighboring regions, leveraging partner-generated leads to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in B2B or technical industries.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Strong domain knowledge in the plant industry across the value chain (design, construction, maintenance).
- Experience in CAD, PLM, or engineering software industries.
- Familiarity with digital transformation or SaaS business models.
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish and English are mandatory).
This role requires traveling across Spain and neighboring regions.
