Customer Service Specialist, Efla Oy, Porvoo

About the role

This role involves high interaction with people and technical orders, focusing on managing the full lifecycle of order deliveries. You will communicate with customers, internal teams, production, and logistics partners. You’ll find a strong foundation for personal and career growth, supported by knowledgeable teams and exposure to a large global customer network, fostering an international work environment. You will mainly work from the Efla office, but after orientation, hybrid work is possible.

Work tasks
– Working directly with the customer service and sales team to accomplish tasks assigned by the team
– Support customers with order delivery process (offer, order confirmation, invoicing etc.)
– Interaction internally with other departments (production, dispatch department) and externally with logistics partners and customers’ transport agent to ensure smooth customer service and sales processes.
